Brand has been in trouble for awhile. Some of us got chastised for saying that while back but it’s true. Game changed and we didn’t.

Like Bulldog04 's post, people aren't getting chastised for saying it, they are getting flack for 1. If it is true, or 2. People accepting that fate. Imagine if St. John's just accepted that they were a bad brand or Indiana football. It should never be too late. NIL and the portal work both ways, positive and negative.

I full agree. I’m already on record that I would rather give money to Fran than give a dime to some of the basketball coaches discussed. That said the powers at be not being aligned are why we will stink in basketball.

I don’t think it’s Hop or Gmac. Maybe that means we’re really unhappy or maybe it means that it’s so out of left field that it really is a true fresh start.

Could be that Haynie hired an AD that was out of left field with an expectation that he is going to hire a hoops coach out of left field.
