This seems absurd compared to our prior staff. The focus on recruiting is amazing. What an effort. This is how you build, cultivate and keep relationships. No substitute for in person visits.

Between the Avon Old Farms and the other CT prep schools, NYS, and Canada we can field 20-25% of our roster where Syracuse is the either the closest or one of the closest P5 program.

Add PA, NJ, MA, MD to that and in my estimation, 60-70% of our roster can be from the Northeast. Maybe more if you hit it right. Will take time though.
