Coaches Show Questions

There's nothing on the SU site that I can send questions from like last year? Is there a list of radio stations it's on like they've had in the past?

You can also send them in advance at this site:

My question(s) for tonight:
Coach, people are wondering about two plays: the bubble screen and our goal line offense. The bubble screen looks to me like a sideways or backwards pass to a receiver and blocker who are always out-numbered by the defense, such that the receiver has to fight his way back to the line of scrimmage. All those carries by Adonis Ameen-Moore were plays where he was the only running back in the backfield the defense knew he was getting the ball. Wouldn’t it be better to have the versatile Prince-Tyson Gulley in there so the defense can’t key on Moore? Could you discuss those plays, why you like them, how they were supposed to work and why they didn’t?

I want to ask-why no play action, but don't tweet and don't have time to call now

Good discussion on - Coach facing questions on the reliance of the bubble screen and tackling errors. Not sure he's getting the critical tone of the questions

On the second one, the question was (paraphrasing) "Why are we always bad?" And while he said that we didn't tackle well against Villanova, he continued that, historically, SU has tackled well under him (that he charts it, etc.).

Effort? It isn't effort when you can't score inside the five yard line on eight attempts. Correct me if
I'm wrong but O lineman give everything they have when that close to the goal line. It is scheme. Some might be tired but most overcome the adversity and suck it up and block to get the six points. It is like someone else said in reference to pulling guards on goaline offense. Who does that? If I see bubble screen after bubble screen getting blown up Saturday, I will lose my mind. I hope I am just worried about how the Villanova game went and I am wrong. I just want a successful season. Go Cuse.
