Coaching ?

Poster in another thread on the football board mentioned that JD had asked for an additional coach to be added to the staff and was denied. I would imagine that would be in a support role, as I think you are only allowed three full time coaches on staff, and that doesn't include the role Simmons III has now as Dir. of Ops. Anyone know what the deal is?
