This is why ncaa needs an anti trust exemption. Clearly they have made errors in the past but without an exemption it’s just going to be one lawsuit after another which will ruin college sports.

IMO just make all college sports U23, no exceptions. So a kid is always hurt, too bad. A kid like Samuel though can play 6 years. Most will have 5.

just let'em play until they are drafted or the wheels fall off
make it a true minor league for the NFL
players are going to keep sueing until they can form a union

That actually makes sense. But should it be two years given the typical length of a masters? So if a kid puts in the work and graduates they get rewarded. Academics is what this is all about?

Heck no. I have zero faith or trust that the NCAA is competent. Bonkers to me that they “clearly made errors”, but you want to grant them an anti trust exemption? IMO, many of the lawsuits have pros and cons, but ultimately, are the right thing to do (e.g. Title IX, NIL, etc).

Typically will be 18-24 and can still go to the league 3 years after high school
