Ok and that affect Bama's schedule how? Not at all the point I was making, your distaste for their scheduling practices clouds your judgement on some of this stuff ... and yeah we did hear about an SEC team dismantling ND .. .it was Bama for the title beating ND unlike anything a BE team could have done last season.
Of course, it was a championship game and not a team that is 3-4 in the ACC. My question to you is...who have those SEC teams you mentioned beat? LSU a 4-7 TCU team and 3 patsies. Auburn a 6-5 Washington St and 3 patsies. A&M: Rice, SMU, Sam Houston St and UTEP. Ole Miss did beat Texas which is a good win and then added SE Missouri St, Idaho and Troy. There is a theme here.
My distaste for scheduling practices is simply because there isn't a true conference winner playoff and the manipulation of the polls by perception and agendas. Add to that, play bad teams and you go to a bowl (schools with talent like SU) challenge yourself and you probably don't.
:
After ND gets beat by Stanford they won't be ranked anymore either, I mean you do realize ND just lost to Pitt by 7 right? Pitt is no better than us ... we should have beat them ... South Carolina is 6-2 in the SEC ... why? Because they win the games they are supposed to win ... and look at who they beat in OOC ... UCF who is tearing up the American, UNC a decent ACC team and they finish with Clemson ... that is a better OOC than any PAC-12 team so lets spare the rhetoric and stop cherry picking pieces of a schedule to suit your argument.
