Three HCs have done that, and I'd think it's fair to say that only one of them can be classified as unequivocally "good". If Dino can't get us 8+ wins in the next couple years then I'd have zero issue with moving on. Because I feel comfortable knowing that a non-disaster hire can get us 6 more often than not.
