Thanks! That was one of the most head scratching things I've seen in a game this year. I was shocked Dabo ripped him like he did. Did not expect that.

I believe the year before Baber's arrived at BG they won the MAC Championship. I love the hire, but I'm not so sure Baber's had to turn around anything relative to winning there...more style/system related change I believe.

That's true. Lets just say he brought them up to their potential.

He won 10 games with mostly the same cast of characters Dave Clawson did, he did add in a few good recruits here and there (Lewis was brought in, Dieter was a SMU transfer) but Johnson, Greene, Moore etc. were already here when Dino arrived. The jury in BG is that he'll have to prove he can recruit well enough to win at the P5 level and not just rest his laurels on players already in the program. Make no mistake, he walked into an extremely good situation at BGSU and parlayed it into a big time payday.

The impressive thing to me is that he came in and won immediately with his system and Clawson's kids.
