LOL too bad we didn't get together. If I recall we met in 2000. The CSNY2K concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills? Or maybe McCartney, but I think it was CSNY. Opening night of the tour, first time they had appeared together in many years, and Crosby blew his voice out near the end.

It was the CSNY concert. Years later, I saw CSN in concert with my older son (a CSNY fan).

It was the CSNY concert. Years later, I saw CSN in concert with my older son (a CSNY fan).

I think I saw CSN about a dozen times through the years and CSNY three times. Saw Nash solo and Stills solo, both at the Michigan theater. Actually traded a few emails with Nash about 20 years ago.

I was pretty sure that it was 2000 when we met at The Palace during that concert.

Great post Dick. I will add to your summary of his basketball stats at SU. He is also #1 in 3 PT shots made (400) and attempted (1,131) and also #1 in FT shooting percentage @ 88.3.%

So happy to read your post and to know Gerry is back where he belonged after JB retired.
