I've never made it from scratch, but just buy the premixed version. Here is the one from Price Chopper. Or if you do make it from scratch, it's the Scotch Bnnet Peppers that make it real hot. Jerk MarinadeJerk always seems just hot to me. What's the spice or spices that make it really good?
