Young spearheaded an Orange defense that allowed just one first-half goal, and six total, to then-No. 8 Cornell in the 100th matchup between the two schools. Young picked up a career-high four ground balls and forced three turnovers. Young’s assignment, All-American Dan Lintner was held scoreless for the first time in 17 games.
