Yes, off topic, but a huge cuse connection. Mlb network has Bob Costas and Doc Emerich on the cubs @ pirates call tonight. Such a treat. Love Costas and personally think Doc is the best play by play guy in sports, calling the toughest play by play game out there, hockey . A Cuse great and Doc in IMHO the best sports town in America! A treat, GO CUSE!

Emerich is the best in the biz. Seemingly flawless. You could "watch" hockey, with no tv, just listening to him call a game.

I love the man. He's struggled a bit, as he should. Baseball is the toughest broadcasting gig, for a multitude of reasons.

Emerich would kick ass if he did baseball full time. He'd be better than most in less than a month. I've enjoyed the game.
