The only people i ever see playing in UA are younger kids wearing Curry's(which are incredibly popular right now) or old guys wearing a pair of UA they picked up at Marshalls for $40. Nike is by far the dominant brand worn on the court from high school on up. But again, that could change in another 5-10 years as these young kids grow up. We'll see though.
