By rule, a personal foul on a turnover is automatically declined in OT. So, Georgia didnt have to start on the 40 with 15 yard walk off

That means there is no incentive to not try and rip someones head directly off their shoulders as soon as a turnover happens. You should immediately dive at the qbs knees and stab him if you have a knife on you. zero consequence

Did anyone else see this? Terrible loophole in the rules
 
Needs some tweaking there. I prefer the colelge OT but would rpefer they satart form the 50 so they have to gain yards to have a shot at a field goal.

Not exactly. If you intercept and return to the opposite end zone, game over--you win. So you don't want to go taking stupid penalties--at least, until you're sure the interceptor has been tackled, and the play is over.
