Silver lining of the small crowd size is that I am sure when I heckle the ACC refs they can hear me.

I would have felt like I was stealing.

I get it, but fwiw, there were literally people with reusable grocery bags just piling them in seat after seat and nobody cared.

What’s funny is they had the nerve to send out renewal emails. I know they have to but maybe wait a few days guys.

I'm going to renew pretty much no matter what, but I'm going to wait until the very last day to do so. I fully expect them to start kicking in renewal bonuses or something once we get down to the wire. I wouldn't mind some free football tickets or whatever to ease the pain. Hopefully also sends the message where we're at.

Does anyone have a photo from the other angle, of the 100/200/300's running the length of the court. What did the 200's and 300's look like vs a normal Tuesday night game five years ago. I know what my section looked like upstairs, but hard to see all the sections.

It's so sad what Boeheim, the trustees, Wildhack, Red and everyone involved has allowed this program to become. I thought I was stroking out when CJ had that go ahead slam in the first Duke game in the Done. My field of vision went black. And now follow and I'm not mad about the losses so much as what we lost.

If you want to be depressed, watch this. We're so far away from this I'm not sure we'll ever get it back. Man the Centro buses had Beat Duke! One of the downtown office buildings set up their windows to say Beat Duke. 35,000 plus. College Gameday. Kids camping out for days to be the first ones into the Dome. The people in charge of protecting the basketball program failed the fans. Failed all of us.

Why couldn’t they have given them at halftime/second half to those of us in upper deck.
They actually looked really nice.

So this seems to be the very crux of the debate.

A bad hire can be pretty quickly corrected if the will is there.

Lack of NIL funds/financial resources is a structural issue that would be a much bigger problem.

And I realize it can be both at the moment.

That season, absolutely. Silent G averaged 3 points a game. Starling was better than him that season.

I get that the 2014 team was light years more talented than 2025, but sophomore MG was only averaging 3 points per game. I would take upperclassman 18 ppg Starling over him.

Obviously senior MG was fantastic and I would definitely take him over Starling.

It's true. We don't know. But I do know what JJ can and is doing. (Yes, he stunk last night), but I'm taking him all day. I don't think G goes from 3 points to 15-20 on this team. That's a huge leap of faith.
