Moral fiber and morality are entwined in our life...from birth to death and everything in between. We have continuously rewritten what is right, wrong, and legal...just so we get by in many ways.
Whether it is PSU in denial of what has taken place over 20 years...whether it is the Church not really reacting to the cries of boys being defiled; ...whether it is armies mass killing and "only following orders"...or whether it is lets give everyone a passing grade so they have self worth...we have become a society the lacks responsibility...that goes the shortest distance to do our societal duty...I do not know how I would have acted...but hopefully I would have had the strength of those boys and mothers who came forward...to have at least searched out an authority that would have taken action...I certainly hope i would do so.
