Small word of warning. The very quality that Fran possesses that makes him such a great recruiter- his roots growing up in Camden,his blunt honesty,etc.- which resonates so well with special athletes that have grown up in the same environment, can also be a detriment in other areas. There is a place for more diplomatic and less blunt communication within the administration. Don’t want to see anything derail this path that we’re on.
