Personally I prefer pure stats as they have more weight IMO. The more variables and assumptions one takes in a formula the more potential variance. But since we don't have an easy way to compare teams adding in SOS, we have to use stats like these. We have quite a ways to go on D to get to where we were last year.

Where were they after four games last year, my guess is pretty close to the same place. One thing I think Milhouse has been accurate about is that opponents played it very close to the vest as the season wore on knowing they only needed 20 points to win.

With all the new players that 43rd isn't bad. Get the offense into the 50's and that's a 8 win team.
