Dale had some advocates and fans, from what I understand. And we won 10 games...so I think it was more, "if it's not broke..." I believe Jeff hired Dale so there was that dynamic, too.

More importantly, we drastically increased what we are paying our OL coach and upgraded there.

agree completely. the best part of losing the way we did last year was that it enabled us moving on from ERob in a clean fashion for all parties.

Interesting, but then you remember that our new defensive coordinator has gotten guys drafted with much less impressive NFL measurables around there.
