Dungey was much better than I gave him credit for. His mechanics were less than ideal, but he did an excellent job of understanding where to go with the ball on his presnap reads, and was excellent at finding his second read of that was covered.

Clearly not an NFL prospect, but damn was he good for Babel’s’ system.

And he wasn’t Barbers recruit. He inherited Dungey

Agreed 144% - we really kept Clemson on their toes, all sorts of misdirection, etc.

I always loved the playcall on the last drive when Ishmael picked up the 1st on 3rd down. I think Clemson was expecting us to run on 3rd and long to get them to burn a TO. Instead we used Phillips on a jet sweep PA to freeze up the LBs, max protection for any other Clemson blitzes, and let Ishmael win one on one on the outside.
