First off: There will be no ticket buy. I might not attend this. However, I have solid info for anyone going.
The Ramada Inn on BlueRidge St. sells parking passes for $20 on gameday. It is east of the stadium and a fairly easy walk.
Check out this hotel I found in Raleigh :

If you book at the Ramada you'll save $20 on parking.
What I need is a few folks to step up to lead up the tailgate.
If you want to make it a max of 20 or 30 that is fine.
