Louisville did it twice in 2006, North Carolina did it twice in 2007, Duke did it twice in 2010, North Carolina did in twice in 2012 as well. They won't allow the same venue twice in a year, but if 1 appearance is at home you can be the visitor for the other. Since UNC is @Duke the last game next year that is why I am thinking Duke@Syracuse will be the Gameday game.

Ok, I was probably thinking they won't feature a team twice at home and got it screwed up. You are probably right then

I kept thinking we would get screwed when they came out, but in retrospect it looks like the schedule-makers "prettied up" our sked as sort of a housewarming gift. It is in the best interest of the league to have our name in lights when it comes to the schedule. PS The SOS of those games has to be insane. Our saving grace is that our tough games are at home and the away schedule looks less formidable (all the while acknowledging pretty much any road game is a toss up most of the time regardless of the opponent).

This schedule is the opposite of what the BE has been doing to us. They always looked to us to fill other teams arenas.

As excited as I am about this schedule - I am still bummed the ACC couldn't pull off doing the ACC tourney in MSG. That would be a lot of fun and get rid of the last piece of doubt I have with the demise of the BE which is the BET in MSG. A future powerhouse semi-final schedule of Duke-Cuse and UL - UNC or whatever mix that is.. in Greensboro.. just doesn't have the same epic ring to it.

Mine is a NCS. Her faamily has season tickets. She thinks she can take me one on one on behalf of NCS. In heels she is 6', but I'm an old gym rat. she probably has a better outside shot but no way will she risk a broken nail. Don't worry guys.
