I’m sorry but this sport is dead, a player can be signed then bought out his contract? WOW
Yup. This is only way it changes. We need some coaches in the sec and big ten to start complaining. It is good some programs are so disgusted at what is happening that they are going public.
There need to be some laws or college football is going away forever.
100% agreeGood for Dabo. Golding sounds like a POS and I don't want to hear anymore tough guy talk from Fran. Fran tucked his tail between his legs for letting our kid walk away. Dabo (and Duke) has the right approach.
This is about tampering with signed players not about Dabo’s lack of portal use.Dabo is a big name to go public. Sort of like Saban was when he wanted to eliminate the hurry up offense. This is about Dabo not being able to keep up, sort of like Saban until he brought in Lane to save his offense. Hope Dabos ducks are in a row.
Sounds like Fran just didn't want Beamer to be able to get away with pulling the TE back, so he directed him toward SC.100% agree
Ole miss guy is a dirty rat bastard and we gave the TE guy away , probably at a major discount
Considering Dabo has got maybe 1 guy from the portal ever, I think he’s in good standing.Dabo is a big name to go public. Sort of like Saban was when he wanted to eliminate the hurry up offense. This is about Dabo not being able to keep up, sort of like Saban until he brought in Lane to save his offense. Hope Dabos ducks are in a row.
It isn't a coincidence that Dabos wins.have dropped since NIL.Considering Dabo has got maybe 1 guy from the portal ever, I think he’s in good standing.
Seems like prevailing greed and lack of morals and nobody willing to rein it in, is the common theme of everything at the moment. My guess is absolutely nothing will happen, the kid will be playing for Ole Miss next season, and college football will continue to devolve into openly unethical anarchy.
I’m not sure it’s a sustainable model, but there’s no way to rein it in at this point. Or no one willing to do so at least.
