Agree that ARod is done at least playing for the Yankees. Wouldn't be surprised that if he does come back, they either release him or tell him not to come to work. Highly doubt he would give up all that money.

As far as the language of the contract, up until now, the union would not have signed off on that type of language. However, I think the culture within the union is starting to change.
