He talks about how the school is committed to upgrading the facilities as well as building a new IPF just for the football team. He talks about how there is money going into the football program, specifically due to its increased revenue from the jump to the ACC. Great Darryl, but the million dollar question that you avoid and do not seem to want to answer is this... when do we start? He could mean 10 years from now for all we know!
