Financial aid agreement is basically the same thing as an NLI agreement, except it's only binding to one side (school). Player is free to look at better options.

They will play Devito if it is best for the team. Gotta love it. Mahoney finished strong last season, this indicates that Devito is picking up the offense quickly, proving his chops and can do the job. Yes, I know the offense looked a bit sloppy, but the D was really beat up last season and Defense usually gels faster than Offense.

Love the line that we don't recruit running QBs, we recruiting passing QBs that can run. They way it should be. And backed up with the fact that the QBs should protect themselves. (HINT: ED, slide once in a while!)
