The kid he was driving around got shot and killed two days after. If the kid he was driving around didn't miss, you can guarantee those charges wouldn't have been dismissed and he'd be in jail for accessory to murder.

Can’t argue with this, I didn’t know the end of the story with the other kid getting killed. And FYI, charges can be re-filed against this kid, the charges were dismissed without prejudice
