He was ranked #20 in Florida by Rivals as recently as Feb 2021, but by June they dropped him to #94 in the state and that's when his 4 star ranking there went away.

We saw something similar with Adly Enoicy and it turned out to be warranted, so hopefully this is a case of politics at play or something like that. Enoicy was a monster as a HS Sophmore but plateaued at that point, I don't think that's the case with Nolton. Nolton still played in the HS AA game.
