They're also clearly guys who bought into Fran's vision so it'd be really unfortunate if that were the case. I think we're more likely to see older guys move on vs. the early signees who knew what they were getting with Fran. The exception will be guys who have done well early and need to chase more money. But hopefully guys like Duce can help explain to them that the grass isn't always greener. Hopefully his leadership will help on that front.
