Class of 2016 Dead period is finally over! 1/14/16

Interesting that we have seemingly been putting a lot of our effort into 2017 and '18 since the dead period has ended. This tells me that the staff thinks they can fill their class based on the OV's in the next 3 weeks. There are plenty of people to pick from. Like that we are getting a head start on '17 & '18. It doesn't feel that we are scrambling at all to put the '16 class together.

Yes and no. I think with 25 ovs scheduled they are probably safe in filling the 2016 class. They really do need to get to work on these 2017 offers, quite a few that were already offered by Shafer, because they are behind other programs in getting offers out for the next few classes.
