Depth Chart for Clemson

There is 4 Jr's / 0 Sr's on the entire Defensive 2-Deep. That is absolutely crazy.

The offense, in almost any other year, would also look extremely young.

I wonder if we have the youngest D in the ACC?

Has Fredericks been listed as the co/#2 back all year with Neal?

when they have FR DT that big and fast it is scary.. hopefully we can run 5-6 plays in a row without a mauling

Clemson has 7 on D who are Jr or Sr. Same for the offense. That's experience running the same O and the same D for 3 to 4 years.

It's interesting from a size perspective we match up very well with them. We've had much worse size discrepancies this year.

I think size wise we match up pretty good, it's the speed that usually hurts us. This year I think the experience, speed and talented depth will be the difference in the game.

They run a HUNH offense as well so it seems that this will be a forever long game with 200 plays run.

A 3:30 game that ends at 8:30.

And 27 Fr. And So. on the overall 2-deep. Very promising.

Not sure if I'm reading right, but don't we have a few Srs on that two deep? Wilson at DE, Hodge at OLB, Taylor at OLB.

Overall point doesn't change, that's 3 backups in a 22 person D depth chart. Only 1 of which (I think?) is getting significant snaps, which is Wilson.

We won't have the Steel Curtain next year, but a D that has enough ability, experience and understanding of the defense to complement our style of offense.
