Heard tonight that they are hoping he plays on Saturday. I can't say that this source really knows, but is a fairly major athletic donor, and sat wth athletic department staff and ex football players at the dinner tonight. They also though he should not play, and he did have a concussion, which I think we all know.

I might have missed this, but does anyone know what's wrong with Devin Butler?

Every week he shows up on Monday as #2 WR on the depth chart. And every Thursday he shows up on the injury report as Out.

I actually lean towards him NOT having had a concussion, despite all the board doctor diagnoses here. If he had a concussions, no doctor worth his degree would have allowed him back on the sidelines that game with the bright sunlight, loud noise, and the possibility (no matter how small) that he could get hurt further on the sidelines.

IMO, if he did have a concussion, every single doctor on that staff should be fired immediately.

I agree with you 100%. Still not sure he plays today but hope he is OK.
