[QUOTE="shandeezy7, post: 2069012, member: 720"] The last I knew, there was only one vacant building in Presidential plaza - the old Harrison House Apartment building (a former HUD property). It was bought by SUNY Upstate in 2011, along with what was then known as Townsend Tower. Townsend Tower was renovated by Upstate and is now known as Geneva Tower. As far as I know, Upstate still owns Harrison House. I believe I had heard that they wanted to do a similar renovation there that they had done at Townsend Tower, but haven't been able to secure the funding for it. The project was originally supposed to be completed in 2014. Not sure what their plans are for it currently, but its status would appear to be irrelevant to this proposed project.
