The price of an extra five minutes on some commutes is a small price to pay for the long term health of the city. Now if you want to argue what choice is to be made on the type of replacement for that 1.5 mile section of 81, have at it. But there is no reasonable argument that it shouldnt be done. [/QUOTE]
