When I heard that BHG was talking about building 100,000 square feet (a pretty small building - smaller than Pioneer's newish Armory building at 333 West Washington, for reference), that solidified this take. I know they're working closely with the city, but this isn't efficient land use in what's supposed to be a smart development neighborhood. JMA's partnership with the Surge initiative is great news, though. [/QUOTE]
