I'm not sure their efforts toward boosting our sales tax revenues have offset the noise/litter they produce in the neighborhoods. I've got some anecdotal evidence of people returning, but not permanently. The housing market in the area is crazy hot right now, it's surprising. Commercial lending, I'm not so sure.
