This was at the beginning of COVID, right before literally everyone shut down.  I thanked him, got out to my car, and it was just a generic ham sub with some cheap ham, not even good stuff, lettuce and mayo.

So, he figured, let me hustle a few extra bucks off this guy because I don't when I'll be open next.

I've never gone back.  Terrible way to treat a professed fan who drove distance to come there specifically to give him business.
