That said, it'd only take one basement bar or destination commercial space with a Bank Alley entrance to draw some attention back there. And that might deter the street people from using the space for drug transactions or taking daytime public s---- (who am I kidding, no it wouldn't). The McCarthy Building (with the new retail space downstairs and in the basement) has a quasi-hidden alley entrance and it's a nice option. [/QUOTE]
