HP Hood in Oneida is locked in by the neighborhoods, and if they continue to grow there, will need to expand in other areas. Canastota is kind of a dying town.

New Hartford is working on developing a bunch of land off Middle Settlement.

Utica is finishing up the downtown hospital, which will most likely spur a lot of development and improvements.  They are also almost done with the additional project at the Adirondack Bank Arena.

Out in Caz they have Marquardt.  That's another area that would benefit from a big investment south of Syracuse.

Rome has seen a mass exodus over the years.  Can the new investment in drones and other government projects revitalize and stem the city?  To be frank, outside a select part of the city, it's turned pretty dumpy and is a blight.  Rome needs a lot of help.
