This building on Harrison, the Chimes Building redevelopment by the Allyn Family at the corner of South Ave and Salina St., Symphony Place apartments right across from the Salt City Market and the Hotel Syracuse - this is going to be a nice neighborhood in 2-3 years, if things go well.
