Played defensive back (Corner) For us today. Nice to see him used out there, in limited action seemed to have some feel for the position. Certainly has the size to contribute there. Had seen some speculation on here that he may be a transfer candidate, but maybe this is an option that he and the coaches are considering. Nice to have the bowl prep to get a longer look. Wishing him the best, was certainly a disappointing season catching the ball.

1 thing I’ve noticed a few times is that he’s in the middle of a lot of celebrations. So maybe that’s a good sign.

That's so funny. I just mentioned last week that he had perfect measurables for DB.

It wasn’t working at WR. I am glad they came to that conclusion and gave him another opportunity to contribute to the team. I wish him the best of luck with the position change. The last Devin Butler we had back there wasn’t too shabby.

At 6’3” 194, he could be a real weapon on defense if he can keep up.
