Geezus, can this kid get credit for anything he does? Lucas was totally ineffective today and Carlos was a key in JJ going off. And you wanted to switch them. Good call.

Playing 3 guards is probably the way to go a a long as cuffe is in the game for defense.

He played a lot of 3 guards last year, too. I'm surprised it took him so long to try it again this season.

Carlos go right up into the coaches kid and forced him to go wide off screens and couldn’t get shots off. He and Cuffe we great and don’t forget Petar. He is one tough guy. I think that could have been a flagrant two. It looked intentional to me.

Happy for the kid, he should’ve never been in a spot where he was playing 30-35 minutes a game. Keep working and earning those 10-15.

hes been decent since coming off the bench

not on opposing teams radar/scouting reports...nice switch of pace

still offers nothing defensively and shouldnt get an expanded role...but at least he has a role...

early in the season i didnt even want him in uniform...but im assuming hes calmed down and doesnt look as terrified as he did

JJ's rebound foul was pretty strong too.

You play hard and well you get floor time. Carlos did both and that rebound he took from the 6'10" dude was awesome.

I’m ok with him getting 20mpg. I wished his shooting percentages were better. He went from 89% FT last season to 65% this season. Crazy.
If he can come in and hustle, play hard, make minimal mistakes then I’m good.

It’s hard to believe how badly Red handled this kid. If he gets 10-12 mpg and does what Grbac says, he’s a crowd favorite from the start. Red forcing 35+ minutes turned him into a punching bag who gets booed by the home crowd. If we all thought JB mishandled JGIII….
