Did the Ignore Forums functionality go away?

I used to have certain forums ignored since I mainly use the New Posts lst to view new threads regardless of forum. Now I see all forum threads in the list and when I go to the Forums You Ignore button it shows an error that the page can not be found.

I noticed that as well, plus you cannot the drop downs to navigate to different boards is gone too.
