just got back and see all the talk.. but i dont see where schools can really get over the 85 limit if they are already there? i saw some talk of allowing a school to go over but then forced to go under the next year. not sure how many schools would do that and thats going to force you to take seniors who may or may not want out. even that the talk is still just talk and not set yet.
did they really change the 85 limit for psu transfers?
