My father had bladder cancer about 5 years ago, was 72 at the time. Had to have the bladder removed and now has an ileostomy bag (same concept as a colostomy bag but only used for urine).

If you didn't know he had the bag, you wouldn't be able to tell. 5 years later he's doing fine and living a normal active life.

My Dad has a colostomy bag - had ulcerative colitis about 20 years ago when he was 40. I have to be very careful and proactive with it because it's extremely hereditary.

Orange87, I'm glad he's doing well and I hope the case is the same for yours eao...As for Digger, I of course wish the same. I remember in 96 before the BET, he said "Watch out for Syracuse." We didn't make a ton of noise in that tournament, but it worked out OK for us in the NCAAs...

Damn. I'll be sure to send a little prayer out for Digger tonight. Unlike some, I usually enjoy his commentary. He has a true love for the game that comes through, and most of the time when he's being a goofball, you get the sense that he's in on the joke.
