Disappointed that the team didn’t take this week 100% seriously. All the talk on the camp videos were that the team wanted to prove that winning 10 games last year was no fluke

Another interesting note about 4 minutes in. He mentioned how when you win and you tell them that’s not how you do stuff they don’t always listen. Compounded with what was said above and I gotta believe the Players were over confident and not fully listening. A loss, while horrible, will go a long way to making these kids listen

I re-watched some of the Liberty game yesterday:

1. Riley fumbles, but Liberty misses the FG - 3 points left on the table
2. Defense can't stop the Liberty offense, ball inside the 5. Would have been a TD had Williams not caused a fumble - 7 points left on the table
3. The Liberty DB drops a sure pick 6 - 7 points left on the table

Liberty could have been up 17 - 0 in the first quarter. Why didn't that get their attention?

Have not been as impressed by Dino’s first two games this year as I had been the prior three. Even during the first two years when we lost, I felt like we were prepared.

When you get whipped like that in all phases, it comes back to talent. Nothing a coach says, about preparation or schemes or slow starts, is going to make much difference (or satisfy fans). We got pushed around in the lines, and their skill players were better. Move on.

Generally agree, but we kind of had a weird situation where we played it on the road against two teams with new coaches. There just wasn’t much tape out there for what they were going to do.

I’m not sure how this team could take Maryland lightly after comparing performances last week. SU was mediocre at best last week and Maryland dropped 79 points. You have to question the leadership on this team. Seniors have to decide what kind of team they want to be.

Cisco led the team with nine tackles and had an INT today. Evan Foster was brutal and when the linebackers need safety help, it opens up the field. That wasn't the case last season because they had a good corps in the middle.

It shouldn’t. It’s not his personality. I hate when you have to be all fake glum after a loss. Fun get was legit pissed off after a loss. Devote probably was too, but he doesn’t have to sulk to show it.

It's one thing when Babers says it to the press, because coaches say things to the press that are bunk when they can't say what's really going on.
