Does anybody remember the last post-game interview last season? I vividly remember Dino say that 2018 would be a year that would be talked about for a long time in the history of Syracuse football. I really thought right then and there that we had a chance. He said it in a way that wasn't some off the cuff comment to try and keep the fan base and team engaged. He said it like he knew there was going to be a chance that we would be very good and have a coming out party.

Well it certainly looks like he knew what he was talking about.

The real fun is just starting. This young team is peaking just at the right time. We are playing the best ball of the season right now. I think we will always have the "what could have been", first with Clemson and then with Pitt, but the team has responded nicely. I felt real good when we got to 4-0. I felt we could win 9 or 10. I;m certainly not backing off of that now. I actually think we're going to get both. At very worst we're going to get 1, and then a big time bowl game.

Let's enjoy this ride as I think it's just the start of a nice long run back to national relevance.
