what are the different ideologies he is referencing re: Gilbert? Seems like an unusual thing to highlight right after you hire someone.

Gilbert has a reputation of being highly aggressive as an offensive coach, and from what I've heard he's quite mercurial in personality and tends to strike people as arrogant and lacking tact...basically a Texas boy who doesn't give a $#!% what you think. I think there is a clear clash in style. But I think that outwardly aggressive mentality has been lacking since Lewis left and it's a key part of this offense. Up by 50? Go for the throat - hell, stomp on their throat. Dino just doesn't have the interpersonal style that lays down that kind of mentality the same way.

My two cents. I think that unless you land a 4 or 5 star its all about fit, and development.
Personally i think we have a much greater chance of finding a solid QB by bringing in 3 physically gifted QBs who are under the radar than putting all of our eggs in one highly rated kid. From HS graduation to your second or third year in a college program so much will change. Between our 3 new QBs who knows which one if any will rise to success ( my pick is Mississippi) but having 3 big athletic strong armed kids provides better odds than one.
I like were we ended up at this position.

I've tried to play this on this site, on Cuse.com and on You-Tube and I get silence except for a couple of the reporter's questions. I can't hear Dino at all. Other videos and other SU videos are fine and the ad that comes on before this video are fine. I E-mailed Sue Edson about it and got this response:

"I just opened the video on Cuse.com and You Tube and heard audio for both Coach Babers and the questions from the media. Please check to be sure your computer volume is turned up and the mute option is not selected."

My speaker, my computer and You-Tube are all on 100% and not muted. I also tried three different browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. it makes no difference. Is anyone else having a problem with the sound on this video?

I was able to hear both the questions and the answers, but the questions were MUCH louder than the answers, and came through one speaker while Dino came through another. So I guess I had the same problem you have, but just not as severe.

Is your balance set equally? Maybe you just have one speaker on.

I watched this with headphones on and Dino's voice only came through my left ear and all the reporter questions came through my right ear. It was very odd, thought my headphones weren't plugged in all the way.

I went to the part where Niko is asking as question at the 56 second mark and heard him loud and clear through both speakers. Then it cuts out when Dino beings answering.
