Dino's Presser after Ga Tech

No inside info here, but Richards' injury did not look good

Agreed, but I'm going to hazard a guess that if nothing broke (fibula, based on the hit), that it would more likely be a significant collateral ligament sprain than a cruciate injury as his leg was not planted. Now, if he tore the collateral, yeah, that's still not good but it's a lot easier to come back from than an ACL tear.

Interesting that Dino thought Taj could've made a better play on the INT

Technically he COULD have but he had his man beat badly and has had to chase down overthrows regularly... I can get why he didn't gear down and high point. That said, he can learn from it. Worst case, if he tracks the ball better, is he slows and gets run over for a PI but he was seeing a long catch for 6 instead.

That said, I'm happy Tommy tried the throw. He had a bit of that swagger back that we love. Eluded pressure, kept his eyes down field, and that throw was all arm strength.

Not ideal result but I enjoyed the intent. Ended up being a punt in effect.

He talks about Pete Sala being there at 5:45 but Pete gets there usually 445 am and stays till 6-9pm. Not only is he a great guy but the hardest working guy I know. Great family also but the glue that holds team from the chancellor to the coaches to the students Together. Be hard pressed to find someone like that for a long time. Truly glad his wife and him are my friends.
