That's the one line (among many) that really stood out for me. It also gives me hope that because his principles/integrity are in sync with the administration and fan base...maybe he'll stick around awhile.

That’s a pretty narrow question when your pool consists of the longest tenured basketball coach and 20 years of dismal football coaches.

The point you are attempting to ram down our throats is invalid. Just because no SU coach has done it before does not mean that Babers couldn't be the first. Do you anticipate him hesitating on a good offer because he wouldn't want to be the first? Are you saying there is no chance he will get a better offer because it hasn't happened in the past?

Babers IS the reason that even down here in Florida, I'll mention something about Syracuse and this year, the reaction is consistently positive about our program and the direction we're heading. Before the Clemson game, I was playing golf with a Clemson alumn who even said he wished they had Babers as head coach. I thought that was a bit crazy, but it's clear that Babers is turning heads, and not just with Syracuse fans. Who wouldn't want to play for this man?
